	The partnership firm of M/s Gujar & Kulkarni was formed with CA Gujar Ashok Anandaram & CA Kulkarni Jayesh Vikas with the aim of synergizing energies of both. Both the partners have been practicing on an individual basis for past many years. The aim of the firm is to provide value added professional services in various fields of Audits (Statutory, Internal and Systems), Direct and Indirect Taxation, Project Finance and Systems Implementation. CA Gujar Ashok is holding a certificate of practice since 1987 and CA Kulkarni Jayesh Vikas since 2009. The firm is a blend of the youth and experience. We represent a Body of Knowledge and believe in upholding the highest standards of business ethics with a dedicated commitment to total quality. We have built up a networked team of dedicated professionals in each field of the services that we offer including legal consultancy. The partners believe in having the confidence of clients and work in the most transparent manner. They have earned respect from clients and are trying to consolidate on the same every day. The partners have a wealth of experience in the above fields, local as well as international. The office set-up functions in a fully computerized environment connected through an intranet. The office has staff strength of 07, including 3 articled clerks. Apart from the full time staff, we have CA's, Company Secretaries and Advocates on call at any given moment of time to undertake any kind of professional assignments including audit assignments and legal consultancy. The combined experience of the partners is 34 plus man years. The firm is specializing in compliance related services for Companies and other business entities. The core focus is on Indirect Taxes related work in the field of MVAT and Service Tax. Services in the field of Direct Taxation are also provided especially relating to legal issues being raised by the Income Tax Department.
